Marc Meunier

Marc Meunier serves as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Indigo since October 2016, overseeing the corporate legal function, including M&A, strategic transactions, and compliance. Previously, Marc was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at a leading agriculture technology company, where responsibilities included managing substantial financing rounds and developing innovative business models. Prior to that, Marc held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Johnson & Johnson, leading legal support for business transformations in emerging markets. Earlier experience includes being Legal Director at Majid Al Futtaim, closing significant M&A and capital market transactions, and roles at McGovern Legal Services and ImClone Systems. Marc holds an LL.M in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Syracuse University.
