Cristy Salit, MBA, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Indio Management since November 2020. Prior to this role, Cristy held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer at LURIN for a brief period in 2020. Cristy has extensive experience in human resources, having served as Chief People Officer at Antelope from 2017 to 2020 and as Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Monogram Residential Trust from 2014 to 2017. Additionally, Cristy was the Director of Human Resources at UAH Property Management LP from 2009 to 2014. Cristy holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
