Guillermo Rodríguez Fernández

Guillermo Rodríguez Fernández is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in project management and software engineering. Currently serving as Information Technology Project Lead at Inditex since May 2023, Guillermo manages and coordinates the delivery of projects involving multiple teams in the development of a SaaS platform. As co-owner of Happy Melly One B.V. since March 2017, Guillermo advocates for innovative management practices across industries. Previous roles at Inditex included leading IT sustainability initiatives and managing project delivery for multidisciplinary teams. Guillermo also held positions at Air France-KLM as Delivery Lead and Technical Project Manager, and extensive experience as a Software Engineer across various companies, specializing in technologies such as Java, Grails, and J2EE. Guillermo holds a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, both from Universidade da Coruña.
