Nacho Mora has a diverse range of work experience. Nacho began their career at American Airlines in 1996, where they worked as a Security and Client Service Manager. After that, they worked at the Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio - TOURSPAIN, where they focused on Communications and Website Development. In 2000, they joined L'Oréal and held several roles, including Marketing, CRM & Internet Group Manager, Communication Manager, Corporate Communication Manager, Deputy Director of International Communication, and Director of Communication. In 2016, they joined Inditex as an International Diversity & Inclusion Officer. In this role, they were responsible for implementing diversity and inclusion strategies across different countries and monitoring progress. Throughout their career, Nacho Mora has demonstrated expertise in areas such as sustainability, communication, marketing, and customer service.
Nacho Mora holds a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising and Communications, which they obtained from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1990 and 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Professional Marketing at the Centro Superior de Estudios de Gestión from 1995 to 1996. Later, they enrolled in a PhD Program in Marketing at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1997 to 1999. In 1998, they also briefly attended the Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck for a PhD Program in Marketing.
