Cruz Terry

Cruz Terry has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Cruz'smost recent role is as an Associate Vice President of Human Resources at Indium Software, which they started in May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Thryve Digital Health LLP, where they held various positions including Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Human Resources from 2017 to 2022.

Before joining Thryve Digital Health LLP, Cruz worked at Chris Pictures as a General Manager of HR from 2015 to 2017. Cruz also gained experience as an HR Business Partner at Capgemini from 2014 to 2015 and at HCL Technologies from 2010 to 2014. Cruz started their career at RR Donnelley, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition HR from 2007 to 2010.

Cruz Terry completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Loyola College - Chennai from 2001 to 2004. After that, from 2005 to 2007, Cruz pursued a Master of Social Work at Loyola College - Chennai. In addition, Cruz obtained a certification as a Certified HR Business Partner Ready from the Aon HR Learning Center in 2021.
