Tanay Sharma has extensive experience in operations management within the telecom and BPO sectors, holding various leadership roles throughout a career that began in 1997. Notable positions include Associate Vice President at Aegis Limited, where significant achievements included strategic cost reductions and performance improvements, and Assistant Vice President at Conneqt Business Solutions, managing a large DTH account with high customer retention rates. Tanay also served as Operations Manager at Amazon, achieving improved workforce efficiency and reduced charge-back rates.
