Frank Medaglia has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Frank began their career at Tenaris in 2004 as a Coordinator in the Master Plan Department, where they provided services to engineers and maintenance technologists. Frank also operated as a Frontline Supervisor and conducted non-destructive testing procedures. From 2006 to 2007, Frank worked as the Lead Project Coordinator at the SAULT AREA ARTS COUNCIL INC. Following this, they joined The SIS Group as a Millwright, performing mechanical maintenance services and preventive/predictive maintenance on various heavy industrial equipment. Frank later worked as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist at Algoma Steel Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Indiva since 2021, working as an Office Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator.
Frank Medaglia attended Fanshawe College from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Human Resources Management Diploma. Prior to that, they studied at Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineer Technology.
