Iha Pariha

Iha Pariha is an experienced HRGA professional with a diverse background spanning over 18 years in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Head of HRGA at Indivara Group since January 2025, Iha previously held senior positions at PT. ICE Messenger Indonesia and PT MCdelica Food Indonesia, where responsibilities included end-to-end talent management and organizational design. Additional roles in companies such as Thriveni EarthMovers Pvt.Ltd, PT. Minarta Duta Hutama, and TAL Apparel Limited involved comprehensive HR functions, policy development, and compliance oversight. Iha holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Mercu Buana.
