Bill Tarver

Bill Tarver is a licensed Restorative Justice Practitioner and Circle Facilitator at the International Institute of Restorative Practices since November 2018. Since August 2018, Bill has also held the position of Restorative Interventionist, Circle Facilitator, and Trainer with the Cooperative Association of Special Education and has been a Direct Support Professional with Individual Advocacy Group since January 2015. Bill's previous experience includes roles as a School Social Worker for Geneva Community Unit School District 304, a Para Professional with Indian Prairie School District 204, and a Clinical Social Work Intern with Aurora Township. Bill has managed programs at various organizations including NORMAN B BARR CAMP INC and the Boys & Girls Club. Bill holds multiple degrees in Social Work from Aurora University and has a background in Human Services and Hotel/Restaurant Management.
