David Carroll

David Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. David is currently serving as the Group Strategic Operations & Property Director at Individual Restaurants, where they are responsible for developing and executing a business turnaround strategy across their premium brands portfolio. Prior to this, they worked as the Group Property Director at the same company.

David has also held the position of Strategic Operations Director at Harry's Country Kitchen for a brief period. Apart from their roles in the hospitality industry, David also has experience as a Consultant at David Carroll Consulting Ltd.

Their extensive experience in the restaurant industry includes roles at TGI Fridays UK, where they served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and was accountable for developing and delivering the brand's strategic vision. David held various positions at TGI Fridays UK, including Strategic Operations & Property Director, Property Director, and Business Development Director.

Before joining TGI Fridays UK, David worked at Whitbread as a Commercial Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating and implementing central services and initiatives into the brand. David also has experience in operations and hotel management at ARUNDEL HOUSE HOTELS (CAMBRIDGE) LIMITED.

David Carroll graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Business Administration & Hospitality Management from the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, Business School in 1997. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The Open University, starting in 2020.
