Brent Proulx

Brent Proulx is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Management at Indivior since October 2025. Previously, Brent held roles including Global Director of Organizational Development at Ormat Technologies, Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at Select Medical, where Brent advanced various HR initiatives such as employee engagement, learning and development, and performance management. Brent’s extensive background includes consulting on change management, facilitating leadership development, and implementing selection systems across multiple industries. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business from North Dakota State University.
