Diola Johal

Diola Johal has extensive work experience in supply chain planning and demand management. Diola currently holds the position of Head of Global Demand & Supply Planning - Oral Meds at Indivior, a role they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as Head of Global Demand & Export Planning at Indivior from November 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Indivior, Diola held various leadership positions at Mondelēz International, including Transformation Manager for Northern Europe from January 2015 to March 2018. Diola also worked at Kraft/Mondelez, where they served as Category Demand Manager for Seasonal products and played a key role in post-merger integration projects. Diola's career began at UniChem Ltd, where they worked as a Senior Stock Planner before moving on to InBev as a Senior Demand Planner.
