Kevin Espinoza

Kevin Espinoza has a significant amount of experience in integrity and compliance roles. Kevin is currently serving as the Vice President of Integrity & Compliance at Indivior since August 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Integrity & Compliance Officer at Kaléo from December 2020 to June 2023.

Before joining Kaléo, Kevin gained experience in compliance and privacy roles at Boston Scientific as the SVP of Corporate Compliance and Privacy Officer from August 2019 to June 2020. Kevin was also the SVP and Chief Compliance Officer at BTG plc, which was later acquired by Boston Scientific, from April 2014 to August 2019.

Earlier in their career, Kevin held positions at Forest Laboratories as an R&D Compliance Officer in 2013 and at Compliance Implementation Services - CIS as the VP and Practice Leader of Commercial Consulting from 2012 to 2013.

Kevin also has experience at GSK, where they worked as the Deputy Compliance Officer in North America from January 2010 to April 2012. Prior to that, Kevin served as the Executive Director of Ethics & Compliance at Stiefel, a GSK company, from 2008 to 2010.

Kevin's career in the healthcare industry began at Eli Lilly and Company, where they held various positions from 2000 to 2008, including Manager of Global Compliance Solutions and Senior Associate of the Corporate Brand Team.

Before entering the healthcare industry, Kevin worked as an NCAA Athletics Coach at West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1997 to 1999. Overall, Kevin has demonstrated expertise and leadership in developing and maintaining effective compliance and integrity programs across various organizations.

Kevin Espinoza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Kentucky, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Kevin later pursued a Masters in Business Administration at West Virginia Wesleyan College from 1996 to 1999. Most recently, they attended the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2022 for studies in Sustainable Capitalism and ESG. In addition, Kevin has obtained various certifications, including Moving DEI from Intention to Impact with Ruchika Tulshyan from LinkedIn and Sustainable Capitalism & ESG Online from Berkeley Law Executive Education, both in 2022. Kevin also holds certifications in healthcare compliance and has achieved a Latino Leadership Institute Certification from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
