Paul Hill

Paul Hill is a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer currently working at Indivior since December 2022, focusing on the development and qualification of automated syringe fillers and terminal sterilization processes. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Athersys as a Sr. Process Engineer in Manufacturing, Science & Technology, and spent over a decade at Algenol as Plant Engineering Manager and Process Engineer. Earlier career experience includes an engineering internship at Bonita Springs Utilities, conducting a feasibility study for a solar photovoltaic array, and serving as Environmental Supervisor with the State of Florida Department of Health, overseeing environmental safety and permitting. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, as well as a B.S. in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
