Benjamin A. Silverstein has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Benjamin A. currently works as an Associate Digital Director at the Indivisible Project, starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Digital Director at Integrity First for America (IFA) from April 2021 to November 2022. From November 2015 to March 2021, they worked as a Digital Director at J Street. Earlier, they served as a Digital Assistant at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee from April 2015 to November 2015. Benjamin A. began their career as an Intern for Representative Barney Frank at the United States House of Representatives in 2010. Additionally, Benjamin gained experience as a Canvasser for the Massachusetts Public Interest Research Group during the summers of 2006 and 2007, where they excelled as a top fundraiser. Benjamin A. also worked as an Educator at the Good Samaritan School in Uganda from September to December 2005, instructing English reading and writing courses and developing an HIV/AIDS/sex education program. Benjamin's early involvement in human rights activism includes serving as the New Mexico Student Coordinator at Amnesty International from August 2004 to June 2005. In this role, they organized public actions and campaigns to raise awareness of human rights issues.

Benjamin A. Silverstein attended The Johns Hopkins University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued studies in Political Science and Sociology. In 2009, they also spent a year at The American University in Cairo. Prior to their university education, Benjamin completed their International Baccalaureate from the Armand Hammer United World College of the American West during the academic years 2004 to 2005.
