Rio Budi Prasetya has extensive experience in the fields of sales information systems and e-commerce, currently serving as the Sales Information System & E-Commerce Manager at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., part of the HeidelbergCement Group, since 2008. In this role, Rio Budi Prasetya has focused on transforming business processes within the cement industry to enhance customer experience. Prior to this position, Rio Budi Prasetya held various roles in data science, marketing information systems, and market research at the University of Indonesia from 2005 to 2007. Rio Budi Prasetya holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2007.
