Alex Sutisna

Mr. Alex Sutisna, born in 1956, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Director in June 2002 based on Notarial Deed No. 95 dated 25 June 2002 which was made before Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently also serves as either Commissioner or Director in various companies within the lndomobil Group. He joined lndomobil Group since 1984. He obtained his Bachelor of Accounting Degree from the Tarumanagara University, Jakarta, in 1983.
