Mr. Eugene Cho Park, born in 1960, an United States of America citizen, was appointed as Commissioner of the Company in June 2002 based on Notarial Deed No. 95 dated 25 June 2002 which was made before Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently serves as Managing Director of Parallax Capital Management in Singapore. Previously, he held positions in several banking institutions, including Manufacturers Hanover Ltd., First Boston Corp., Chase Manhattan and Banque Paribas. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Princeton University, USA, and a Master of Business Administration degree from INSEAD, France.
