Hanadi Rahardja

Mr. Hanadi Rahardja, born in 1935, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company in December 2001 based on Notarial Deed No. 43 dated 30 November 2001 which was made by Russyanita Widyadeviati, S.H. replacement of Mr. Amrul Partomuan Pohan, S.H., LLM., Notary in Jakarta. He currently serves as Independent Commissioner in several public companies. Until 2003, he had been active in the field of accounting, holding various positions at a public accounting firm in Jakarta. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economics major in Accounting from the University of Indonesia.
