Jusak Kertowidjojo

Mr. Jusak Kertowidjojo, born in 1957, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as President Director of the Company in June 2011 based on Notarial Deed No. 68 dated 22 June 2011 which was made by Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently also serves as either Commissioner or Director in various companies within the lndomobil Group. He started his professional career with lndomobil Group in 1982. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economics and Accounting from the Parahyangan University, Bandung, in 1982.
