Mr. Pranata Hajadi, born in 1956, an Indonesian citizen, was appointed as Vice President Commissioner of the Company in June 2002 based on Notarial Deed No. 95 dated 25 June 2002 which was made before Mrs. Poerbaningsih Adi Warsito, S.H., Notary in Jakarta. He currently serves as the Vice President Commissioner of PT Lautan Luas Tbk. Prior to joining in the Indomobil Group, he held various positions in the Asian offices of First National Bank of Chicago. He obtained his Bachelor Degree in Economics major in Accounting from the Monash University, Melbourne in 1979 and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1982.
