Wiratama Kusumaningtyas

Wiratama Kusumaningtyas has extensive experience in human capital management and organizational development, currently serving as the Human Capital Organizational Development Head at the Indonesia Stock Exchange since December 2008. In this role, Wiratama coordinates various organizational development initiatives, focusing on optimizing structure, workforce planning, change management, and employee engagement. Prior to this position, Wiratama held roles such as Human Capital Operation Head, Strategic Planning Analyst, and Corporate Strategy and Institutional Relation Officer. Early career experiences include internships at PT. Morayamegah Sembada (Araya Group) and PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Management from the University of Brawijaya.
