Ilmaa Samara

Ilmaa Samara has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they started their career as a Marketing and Communications UPreneur Project Coordinator at AIESEC in UNDIP, where they stayed until 2018. Ilmaa then became the Quality Assurance Manager of Business Development at the same organization from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Marketing and Promotions Assistant at Moment Coffee and Space before joining AIESEC in Semarang as the Vice President of Business Development from 2019 to 2020, achieving 108 project supports and converting 76% partners. Ilmaa also had a role as part of the International Business Development team at ATAPFund from March 2020 to September 2020. In 2020, they worked at the Lightrees Group as a Business Relations, responsible for planning emerging businesses and executing sales pitches. From February 2021 to April 2021, they worked as a Project & Recruitment Consultant, assisting in IT boot camp projects and job placements. Ilmaa then joined Yayasan Plan International Indonesia and held multiple roles, including Project Officer Youth Employment Entrepreneurship, Project Coordinator for YES Tech, and Youth Engagement Consultant for ASEAN Youth Employment. Currently, they work as the Assessment Project Manager at Daya Dimensi Indonesia since July 2023.
