Indra Soebardi

Indra Soebardi has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching and talent search. Indra is currently working as an Executive Coach at Encountas since June 2021. Previously, they owned and worked as an Executive Coach at AAC Executive Search Jakarta and Big-I Coaching since July 1997. In addition, they worked as an Associate Coach at Daya Dimensi Indonesia since October 2017. From June 2018 to March 2020, they served as an Executive Coach - Associate at Coachlive.

Indra Soebardi holds a Bachelor's degree majoring in Anthropology and Sociology from The Australian National University. Along with their formal education, Indra has obtained various certifications and qualifications related to coaching. These include becoming a Certified Breakthrough Coach and a Breakthrough Coaching Enhanced Practitioner through Dr. Marcia Reynolds' CoVisioning LLC & WBECS Breakthrough Coaching. They also completed a Graduate Diploma in the Newfield Ontological Coach Training Program from Newfield Network -Asia. Additionally, Indra is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Coaching Indonesia and a member of the International Coaching Federation, as indicated by their ICF Member Badge.
