Kurrota A'yuni

Kurrota A'yuni has a diverse range of work experience. In 2014, they interned at PT Astra International Tbk in the Assesment and Recruitment Center Division. In 2015, they worked at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri as a Sourcing Strategy Junior Analyst before transitioning to the role of Talent & Succession Managemen Junior Analyst. In 2019, they interned as a Human Capital Strategy Intern at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk and later worked as a Project Support at Daya Dimensi Indonesia. In 2020, they took on the role of Talent & Succession Project Support at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta. Kurrota also worked as an Associate at Lembaga Psikologi Terapan Universitas Indonesia during this time. Currently, they are working at Daya Dimensi Indonesia as a Facilitator and Assessor.

Kurrota A'yuni completed their education in a chronological manner. Kurrota started their academic journey in 2010 and finished it in 2020. From 2010 to 2014, they attended Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Following that, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Indonesia.

In addition to their degrees, Kurrota A'yuni also obtained a certification as a Licensed Psychologist from Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia (HIMPSI) in February 2020.
