Agoes Soelistyo Santoso

Indonesian citizen, born in Semarang on 26 September 1961 and currently domiciles in Jakarta. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from Parahyangan Catholic University in 1985. From the period of 1985-1992, he served as a Finance & Accounting Manager at several companies, namely PT Daya Knitto, Indomobil Group, and Sinar Mas group. In 1992-1996, he served as a Director at PT Budi Acid Jaya Tbk and in 1996-2000 he served as the President Director of PT Ometraco Corporation Tbk. Since 2000, he has been serving as a member of Board of Directors of the subsidiaries of The Paradise Group,

He was appointed as the President Director of PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (“Company”) in 2005 with tenure of up to 2019. He was then appointed as the Vice President Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolution of the Company No. 161 dated 18 July 2019, drawn up by Christina Dwi Utami,SH.,M.HUM.,M.KN, Notary in Jakarta, with Letter of Notification of Data Change No. AHU-AH.01.03-0300503 dated 19 July 2019.

Aside from serving as the Company’s Commissioner, he also serves as a Director at several Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates, namely PT Indonesian Paradise Island and PT Eka Ilalang Suryadinamika, Vice President Director at PT Java Paradise Island, and as the President Director of PT Kega Property Utama.
