Amelia Gozali

Indonesian citizen, born in Singapore on March 6, 1985 and domiciled in Jakarta.

Obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing – Honors from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, Los Angeles, CA in 2006. She started her career in 2004-2005 as Marketing at Starbucks, Jakarta; Phelps Group, Santa Monica, CA; and World Harvest, Arcadia, CA. Year 2006-2007 worked at Merril Lynch, Global Private Wealth Management, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. In 2007-2008, she held a position as Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney Consultants, Jakarta.

First appointed as a commissioner of the company based on the deed of statement of meeting Decree No. 75 dated 25 May 2010. Then reappointed as a commissioner pursuant to the Deed of Decree of meeting decision No. 161 dated 18 July 2019. Since 2014 she has been the Chief Executive Officer of PT Pop Properti Indonesia engaged in the property’s retail management. Currently she also serves as the Deputy president Commissioner of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty TBK based on the second annual general meeting of Shareholders on June 10, 2019.
