Neeraj Roy is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the petrochemical industry. Neeraj commenced the career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Bridge and Roof Company (India) Limited, contributing to a refinery expansion project for Bharat Petroleum in Kochi. Following this, Neeraj served as Assistant Manager at Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, managing mechanical maintenance for both High Density Poly-Ethylene and Poly-Propylene plants. Neeraj advanced to Deputy Manager at Indorama Corporation, overseeing the Mechanical Maintenance and Projects for Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and Butene-1 plants since September 2019. Neeraj holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
