Edwin Wahyudin

Edwin Wahyudin has extensive experience in customer operations and project support, currently serving as AVP Customer Operations Project Support at PT. Indosat Tbk since January 2021. Edwin possesses expertise in the development of various systems including CRM, IVR, and AI, as well as business process development and auditing. Previously, Edwin held multiple senior management positions at Hutchison 3 Indonesia from March 2006 to February 2024, focusing on business process and procedure enhancements, service assurance, and system development. Edwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Kesatuan Bogor, completed between 1999 and 2001.
