Elsha Millenia Baralangi

Elsha Millenia Baralangi has extensive experience in marketing communications and sales management at PT. Indosat Tbk, where responsibilities have included roles as Cluster Sales Executive and Cluster Sales Manager since July 2021. Prior engagement with AIESEC involved leadership positions, notably as Team Leader of Talent Analytic and Development, overseeing HR report submissions and tracking personal development plans. Elsha's background also includes research assistance at Laboratorium Optimasi & Rekayasa Sistem Industri FT-UH and an internship as Performance Analyst at Indosat Ooredoo, leading a team of interns. Additional leadership experience was gained as Head of Research and Technology Department for HMTI FT-UH and as Vice Secretary of OSIS SMAN 5 Parepare. Elsha holds an undergraduate degree in Teknik Industri from Universitas Hasanuddin, completed in June 2021.
