Lukman Susetio

Lukman Susetio has extensive experience in commercial performance management, product marketing, and business development across various leading companies in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently, Lukman serves as VP and Head of Commercial Performance Management, Business Operations, and Content Provider Digital Business at PT. Indosat Tbk since October 2019. Prior roles include GM at PT. Vidio Dot Com, GM at BBM leading the Core Business Unit, and Director of Customer Marketing and Communications at Nokia. Lukman's tenure at Nokia also included a Marketing Director position focusing on strategy and campaign execution. Additionally, Lukman held key positions at Microsoft, leading the Windows Business Group and driving communication software growth. Early in the career, Lukman contributed to market insights and consumer research at The Coca-Cola Company. Lukman holds an MSc in Materials Structures and System Engineering and a BEng in Automatic Control and System Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
