Michelle Puguh Suhadi

Michelle Puguh Suhadi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and operational excellence, primarily within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the VP Head of CEO Office & Strategic Partnership at PT. Indosat Tbk since February 2017, Michelle has held various leadership roles, including VP Business Excellence in both the CEO and COO offices, focusing on customer experience enhancement across B2C and B2B portfolios. Prior to this, a consulting role at Accenture provided experience in customer experience journey analysis and business transformation for major clients such as PT Telekomunikasi Selular and Celcom Axiata Group. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategic Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University.
