Miftakhul has held multiple leadership positions, including Acting VP Head of Market Research and VP - Head of Demand & Capacity Planning, focusing on commercial planning, network deployment justification, and traffic analysis. Previously, Miftakhul contributed to PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk as GM of Business Insight & Marketing Planning, and held various product management roles at PT. AXIS Telekom Indonesia, PT. SMART TELECOM, and PT Hutchinson Telecommunications Indonesia. Miftakhul's educational background includes a Master's degree in Marketing & Finance and several recent training programs from prestigious institutions such as Northwestern University and Bain & Company, enhancing expertise in leadership and customer experience.
