Nugraha Abdillah

Nugraha Abdillah currently serves as the AVP - Head of People Development & Culture Engagement at PT. Indosat Tbk, where responsibilities include leading various people development initiatives. Previously, Nugraha held the position of AVP - HR Business Partner at the same company, focusing on strategic HR initiatives to support the business's success, and served as a Senior HR Business Partner managing HR matters across multiple directorates. Prior experience includes an HR Business Partner role at Unilever for the Supply Chain and various HR positions at Coca-Cola Amatil, including HR Business Improvement and HR Business Partner Analyst roles. Nugraha holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from The University of Manchester and is pursuing an MBA at Universitas Gadjah Mada, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Indonesia.
