Sultan Isnainsyah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and customer engagement, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Business Support & Development at Indosat Ooredoo since 2017. Known for pioneering an agile, AI-powered customer service model, Sultan has transformed digital experience strategies and significantly improved revenue streams. Previous roles include interim VP of Business Support and Tech Development, Assistant VP - Head of Digital Self-Service, and Digital CRM Manager at Indosat Ooredoo. Additionally, Sultan held positions in digital marketing and strategic planning at various firms, including Ahendo Inti Perdana and Rocket Internet GmbH.
