Janneke de Groot has extensive work experience in back office management and customer service. Janneke started their career in 1999 as an interior caretaker at ISS Facility Services, where they were responsible for cleaning and floor maintenance. Janneke also worked as an assistant project manager, handling various tasks such as team management and quality control.

In 2007, Janneke joined Mood for Magazines - LINDA. as a marketing, PR, and sales support, providing assistance to the sales and marketing departments. Janneke handled phone calls, emails, and complaints, and also managed the distribution of proof copies.

From 2008 to 2009, Janneke worked at ISS Facility Services as an assistant project manager, maintaining contact with different departments and suppliers within the hospital. Janneke trained and supervised the cleaning team and carried out quality checks.

From 2009 to 2011, Janneke worked at Compagnia II as a sales support for the Benelux region. Janneke had similar responsibilities as their previous role at Pepe Jeans but for Italian suppliers, Dutch and Belgian agencies, retailers, and consumers. Janneke served as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

In 2020, Janneke transitioned into back office management roles at various companies, including The Kaia Official, Avolt, Indosole, and KRAKATAU wear. Janneke'sresponsibilities included overseeing back-office operations and providing support to different departments.

Janneke is currently working as a back office manager at Standard Procedure since May 2023.

Janneke de Groot's education history begins in 1986 when they attended obs de Rietgors for their primary education. Following this, from 1995 to 1999, they studied at the Purmerendse Scholen Groep; Nelson Mandela for their Mavo degree. In 1999, they enrolled at ROC van Amsterdam and completed their MBO degree in Mode, Presentatie & Handel in 2002. Continuing their education, Janneke attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in "Branding." Janneke further expanded their knowledge and skills by taking a fashion advisor course at Detex from 2000 to 2001. Later, in 2008, they completed a course in coaching of employees at de Spa. In 2009, Janneke pursued an interior designer course at LOI, which they completed in 2010.
