Anesh Kapadia

Anesh Kapadia is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in asset management and valuation. Currently serving as an Associate at IndoSpace since June 2021, Anesh is involved in managing assets for one of India's largest warehousing players. Prior to this role, Anesh worked at PwC as an Assistant Manager in the Deals division, focusing on various valuation methodologies and financial modeling from October 2017 to May 2021. Anesh's career also includes a position at Deloitte as an Associate in Deals, where responsibilities included building and reviewing financial models. Anesh began the career at GBCA & Associates, handling direct and international tax, audit, and DCF valuations. Anesh is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has attained Level II from the CFA Institute, USA, in addition to a background in commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
