Shubha Shanbhag

Shubha Shanbhag is an experienced sustainability professional with over 18 years in the field. Currently serving as the Head of ESG at IndoSpace since May 2021, Shubha has held a Principal Consultant position at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since April 2012, where responsibilities included developing sustainability frameworks, conducting audits, and leading sustainability initiatives for multinational corporations. With expertise in international sustainability standards such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD, Shubha has collaborated with organizations such as the World Business Council for Sustainable Development on various projects. Previous roles included serving as a Climate Change Specialist at LRQA Ltd and as a Sr. CDM Analyst at TUV-NORD, where Shubha was involved in CDM validations and verifications. Shubha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Shivaji University.
