Alvaro Menendez Rubio

Alvaro Menendez Rubio has extensive experience in command and control systems, currently serving as the Command and Control Competence Center Team Leader at Indra since June 2005. In this role, Alvaro oversees technical solutions and product strategies, while managing knowledge within the field. Previous positions at Indra include Systems and Solutions Senior Manager and Systems Engineering Manager, where Alvaro led multiple teams in developing command and control solutions for various military applications. In addition to work in the private sector, Alvaro has been an Associate Professor at Universidad de Alcalá since January 2023, teaching software engineering and emerging technologies, alongside prior teaching experience in computer architecture and web technologies. Alvaro holds degrees in computer engineering from Universidad de Alcalá.
