Rafael García García

Rafael García García has extensive work experience in the IT and banking sectors. Rafael started their career at Banco Santander in 1986, where they held a managerial role for almost 20 years. In 2005, they joined Indra as the Director of Outsourcing ITO Internacional, overseeing production for both national and international data centers. Rafael played a crucial role in the transition and stabilization of various projects, including the Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje project in Colombia. In 2018, they became the Director of Global Programa Lean IT at Indra, responsible for implementing Lean IT practices within the organization.

Rafael García García completed an online program in Leadership and Innovation at MIT Professional Education in 2020. In 2019, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. It is unclear whether they completed any formal education at IESE Business School or Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, as the start and end years for these institutions are unknown.
