Igor Novoseltsev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile coaching and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Staff Agile Coach at inDrive since June 2023, Igor leads operational excellence efforts and oversees the development and implementation of a strategic vision for platform clusters, enhancing cross-functional collaboration and high-performing engineering culture. Previously, Igor was an Accredited Kanban Trainer at Kanban University and held various leadership roles including Lead Agile Coach at OTP Bank, where significant improvements in Agile practices and stakeholder satisfaction were achieved. With additional experience at Alfa-Bank, L-Start, and various other organizations in procurement and engineering positions, Igor combines a robust educational background, including an MBA in Production Management, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and fostering teamwork across diverse teams.
