Muhammad Umair Irshad has extensive experience in operations and incident management across multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as Incident Management Supervisor at inDrive since January 2024, overseeing operations in South Asia, specifically Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal. Prior to this, significant tenure at Abacus Consulting from May 2017 to December 2023 included positions such as Manager of Operations and Assistant Operations Manager. Muhammad's career began at IBEX | Global, progressing from Customer Support Executive to Operations Supervisor between 2012 and 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the University of the Punjab and an Intermediate in Commerce from Punjab College of Commerce.
