Pavel Tarasevich

Pavel Tarasevich is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in compliance awareness, training, and risk management. Currently, as the Compliance Awareness and Training Manager and previously as the Business Compliance Manager at inDrive since February 2022, Pavel has played a pivotal role in launching and developing business verticals in developed countries, focusing on product compliance with safety standards, including accessibility for users with disabilities. Prior to inDrive, Pavel served as a Senior Compliance Specialist and Compliance & Risk Control Coordinator at Perfetti Van Melle, where notable achievements included coordinating the "NeyroNet" project, an AI-based analytical video surveillance system designed to mitigate human-related risks. Additional experience includes working as a Compliance Legal Counsel at DIXY Group. Pavel holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Civil Law from the Omsk Academy of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
