Santiago Florez is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Driver Ops Supervisor Senior Latam at inDrive since November 2022, Santiago oversees regional office management and is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising teams. Prior to this role, Santiago led a team of over 300 drivers at Beat while utilizing data analytics and focusing on continuous improvement and customer service. Experience also includes serving as Customer Service Coordinator at Linio and as a senior customer service representative at Mercado Libre.
