Sardana Mikheeva

Sardana Mikheeva serves as the Vice President of Strategy Execution at inDrive, where the focus is on driving effective execution and leading transformation initiatives within the organization. Previously, as Interim Chief Executive Officer for North America subsidiaries, Sardana ensured operational continuity and strategic growth while successfully relocating the headquarters to Silicon Valley. Additionally, Sardana has extensive experience in operations, having built a global back office from the ground up. With participation as a Jury Member at the Aurora Tech Award and experience in various managerial roles across the travel and consulting sectors, Sardana builds on a strong educational foundation, including an Executive MBA from Duke University and a dual Bachelor's and Master's degree in Japanese Linguistics from Far Eastern University of Humanities.
