Tsabita Mutiara Ramadhani

Tsabita Mutiara Ramadhani is a Corporate Social Responsibility Specialist at inDrive since July 2023, managing corporate volunteer programs across Indonesia, Egypt, Brazil, and Mexico, leading to substantial volunteer engagement. Prior to inDrive, Tsabita served as a Community Associate Intern at Segari, where community education programs were managed, and as a Transport Intern at the Institute for Transportation and Development Policy, focusing on street space allocation analysis. Previous experience includes a District Operations Intern role at Gojek, where social programs for drivers and their families were pioneered and managed, along with a Policy Analyst Intern position at Kementerian Dalam Negeri. Tsabita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung, earned in 2022.
