Reports to: BD Lead
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, GIS/Remote Sensing, or a related field.
Skills & Prerequisites:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Analyze competitors and market conditions to provide valuable insights.
- Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels.
Utilize social media, online platforms, and networking events to expand the customer base.
- Client Engagement:
Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
- Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and create networking opportunities.
Actively participate in professional organizations to stay informed about industry developments.
- Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, accounts, and contacts in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
- Training and Development:
Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the business development strategy.
