Ashley Battles

Ashley Battles has extensive experience in both customer service and testing, currently serving as a Test Examiner at Indtai, Inc. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley spent 15 years as Customer Service Staff at Publix Super Markets. Academically, Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Cybersecurity from the Florida Institute of Technology, obtained in May 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Tennessee State University, completed in May 2009.
