Francesco Aimone has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2006 as an Intern at the Ingham County Health Department. Francesco then went on to become a Research Assistant/Project Coordinator at Columbia University Medical Center in 2008, followed by a Public Health and Policy Consultant at the Earth Day Network in 2010. In 2010, they also worked as a Consultant Historian for the National Association of City and County Health Officials. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Medical Staff Coordinator at Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center, and from 2013 to 2015, they were an Adjunct Faculty at Benedictine University. In 2015, they founded Acerbev, LLC, and in 2016, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Induction Food Systems.
Francesco Aimone obtained a Bachelor's Degree in History and Health Studies from Michigan State University in 2006. Francesco then went on to obtain an MPH in Sociomedical Sciences from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in 2009.
