George Sadler

George Sadler has held various positions in the food industry since 1986. George began their career as an Assistant to Associate Professor at the University of Florida in 1986. In 1991, they became a Professor at the Illinois Institute of Technology. In 1992, they took on a role as a Professor at the National Center for Food Safety and Technology. From 2006 to 2016, they served as the CTO at PROVE IT, LLC. George is currently the CTO of Induction Food Systems.

George Sadler began their educational journey in 1970, when they attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry in 1975. George then attended Brigham Young University, where they earned a Master of Science in Food Science in 1980. Lastly, they attended Purdue University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Chemistry in 1984.
